Sous Chef, High Volume Food Production

Our client is a large, well known International Foodservice Company with production facilities in Canada, (Toronto, Vancouver) Asia and Europe. The facilities produce thousands of plated hot and cold meals daily. The Food Production varies of different food styles from 5 Star gourmet menues to casual snacks. Reports directly to the Executive Chef. First class food production facilities.

High Volume environment experience required.  Experience Union environment preferred. Red Seal or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills an asset.
