SOUS CHEF, LEADING 4 STAR HOTEL
Sous Chef required required for a well known downtown Vancouver Hotel. Multiple outlets, including fine dining and upscale casual restaurants, lounge & bar, room service and banquet facilities. We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, creative, SOUS CHEF. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Chef de Partie, looking to be promoted to Sous Chef, or an experienced Sous Chef to work under an excellent, talented Executive Chef, who can be a great mentor. Banquet and Catering production experience a great asset.
- Must have Red Seal and Culinary education
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the food and beverage industry
