Leading 4 Star Hotel is seeking an Executive Chef to direct and supervise kitchen that generates $6M in revenue, while providing professional leadership and training to kitchen personnel.

Responsibilities include ensuring all food preparation and plate presentation meets commitment to quality for Steakhouse, Restaurant, Lounge, Room Service, Pub and Banquet facilities.
