The facilities produce thousands of plated hot and cold meals daily. The Food Production Manager reports to the company's Executive Chef, and ensures that food production, plating and assembly of components are completed per specification and in an effective and timely manner.
This position is NOT a Banquet Chef position, the focus of the Food Production Manager is to oversee the manufacturing and assembly part of the food service, and to make recommendations to improve assembly practices to achieve operational excellence.
