Our client is a well known International Foodservice Company.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Food Production Supervisor leads, manages and coaches the food management team in a high volume food assembly kitchen. The facilities produce thousands of plated hot and cold meals daily.
Culinary/Business Diploma and/or 5 years experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities within a high volume food production facility.
HACCP and Food Safe certification would be preferable. Union environment experience is a strong asset.
Computer literate including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
